An early security and compliance product needed a frontend foundation that could grow with its team, along with reliable integrations for capturing regulated communications across many external platforms.

Led the frontend team during the first two years, selected the stack, and established how the application was organized and developed.
Balanced testing practices
Created a practical balance of unit, component, integration, and end-to-end testing so the team could protect behavior at the right level without relying on one test type.
Backend platform integrations
Moved to the backend and engineered more than 20 integrations across chat, voice, and video platforms, covering authorization, webhooks, bulk extraction, incremental capture, historical backfill, and rate limits.
What the work enabled
The work delivered more than 20 communications integrations, while the frontend structure and testing practices established during the first two years created a durable foundation that has remained in production for nine years.
