The challenge

Resumes, interviews, and qualitative hiring signals had to become decisions users could understand and act on. The product needed a path from that information to useful analysis within the hiring workflow.

Led the design of how hiring information enters the system and connects to the analysis workflow.

Model boundaries

Defined where AI analysis fits within the product and how model capabilities connect to the surrounding software.

Cloud and product architecture

Led the design of cloud services and user-facing workflows around the AI capability, including explanations users could act on.

What the work enabled

The Smart Screening engine reduced client time-to-hire from 4–5 weeks to 3–5 days—about 85%—while the platform processes roughly 2,000 CVs each month.
