Information We Collect

When you book a call through one of our scheduling links, Google Calendar collects the details you enter, such as your name, email address, and any notes about your project. When you email or call us, we keep that correspondence so we can respond. When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, optional company name, and message you provide, and deliver that submission to our team's Slack workspace and by email so we can respond. If you use a promotional code on this site, we record which code was used. If you open a private proposal page, we process the access password you enter in order to verify it.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries, schedule consultations, apply any promotional code you enter, and deliver our services. We also use promotional codes and the aggregate, cookie-free measurements described under Cookies & Analytics to understand how visitors use the site and which campaigns bring them here. We do not use your information for any other purpose, and we do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies & Analytics

This website uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure page views, performance, and how visitors use the site in aggregate: which buttons are clicked, which sections and questions are opened, how long a page stays visible, and which outbound links are followed. These measurements are cookie-free, do not track you across other sites, and do not collect personally identifiable information.

To understand which campaigns bring visitors, we keep the referring site or campaign parameters of your first page view, and the page you landed on, in your browser's session storage for the duration of the tab. It is discarded when the tab closes. If you send us a message through the contact form, this value is included with your submission so we know how you found us; otherwise it is never linked to your identity.

Private proposal pages set one strictly necessary cookie so you stay signed in after entering the access password. No other cookies are set. We do not currently use advertising pixels; we will update this policy before introducing any.

Third-Party Services

Our website relies on the following services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Vercel — hosting, analytics, and performance monitoring
• Google Calendar — scheduling appointments
• Upstash — rate limiting of contact form submissions and access attempts to private proposal pages, which briefly processes IP addresses to prevent abuse
• Google reCAPTCHA — protects the contact form from automated and abusive submissions

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. Our website is served over HTTPS with strict transport security and content security policies, and private proposal pages are protected by password and rate limiting.

Your Choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information you have shared with us, and we will respond within a reasonable period.
